Caitlin Prendes, MS, MBA

Caitlin joined Abcentra in 2024, bringing 15 years of experience in biologics development, analytical strategy, manufacturing operations, and regulatory and quality leadership. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Development and CMC Lead at Synthekine.

Her background spans both large pharmaceutical and emerging biotech environments. At Boehringer Ingelheim, she led process engineering in commercial biologics manufacturing. At Altor Bioscience and HCW Biologics, she held global CMC leadership roles, managing the full development lifecycle of novel biologics, including monoclonal antibodies and other complex protein therapeutics.

Caitlin holds a BS from the University of Oklahoma, an MS from John’s Hopkins University, and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
